The support you need, when you need it
At Aprika, we know that implementation and development are just part of the Salesforce.com picture for ever expanding and growing businesses, and that ongoing support is also required to ensure that Salesforce.com is always moving forward with your business and not getting left behind.
We also know that sometimes you just need someone to explain something to you in ‘Plain English’ and guide you through the steps to achieve your goal, instead of searching through hours and hours of online documentation.
That’s why we’ve designed 3 levels of support that are packed full of features to ensure you get the support you need, when you need it.
#Support Blocks are 30 minutes. Once the monthly limit has been used, any further support requests will be billed per hour at $150 per hour. Note, support can be requested without having a support package in place, but this will be billed at $200 per hour with a minimum 2 hours.
*Excludes Travel expenses if outside of Melbourne.
A support block is a 30 minute block of time which can be used to resolve any issues that you are having, whether you need advice on how to do something or need something done by us – you can use your support blocks however you want. Un-used support blocks do not roll over to the next month.
Salesforce releases upgrades 3 times a year for Spring, Summer and Winter, bringing enhancements and new features straight into your org. Our upgrade reviews explain what the new releases mean to you and how they can be leveraged to get the best outcomes for your business.
Keep your system in check with this special feature, only for Gold Package Subscribers. We will thoroughly examine your system twice a year to ensure that everything is working correctly, efficiently and securely, and we’ll take the time to plan out and explain any enhancements that may be critical or beneficial to your business so that you don’t need to stress about what to do next.
Support Packages are billed per organization on a monthly basis. Package prices are exclusive of GST. The Subscription fee will be collected via credit card on a monthly basis, and should you no longer require ongoing support, 30 days notice to cancel will be required. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by invoice on a quarterly basis.
