What’s New: Mercury SMS V1.10

We’ve been busy developing some awesome new features for Mercury SMS, our two-way text messaging solution for Salesforce.com. The latest version (V1.10) is now available on the AppExchange. This new release includes a number of enhancements, including:

  • New ‘Field Update’ Keyword Action
  • SMS Feed – Accounts, Opportunities and Cases
  • SMS Feed – Any Custom Object
  • SMS Feed – available on Salesforce1

We’re super excited by all of these new features. We’ve received overwhelming feedback from clients on the SMS Feed, which is why we’ve made it available right across the Salesforce.com system. You’re now able to access it on all of the following standard objects:

  • Lead
  • Account
  • Contact
  • Opportunity
  • Case

You also have the ability to add it to any Custom Object you’ve created in your own Salesforce Org. What’s equally as cool is the fact that you now have access to the SMS Feed ‘on the go’ via Salesforce1.

We’re also expecting clients to make great use of the new ‘Field Update’ Keyword Action. This lets you perform a field update to a range of fields on any object within Salesforce. A great tool to help you keep your clients data up to date.
