We offer a variety of training options, all of them focus on providing you with the skills you need to be as self sufficient as possible.

Train the Trainer

This option focuses training a core group of users within your business that will be nominated as the ‘System Champions’.

The training covers how to use in context of the configuration for your business. Followed by looking at how to perform some functional administration actions such as creating custom fields, custom objects, validation rules. workflow rules, etc.

End User Training

We can work with you to provide end user training to all of your staff. This style of training tends to focus solely on how to use This will encompass the standard functionality, as well as covering off how the system has been configured to meet your own business requirements.

In addition, we look to provide end users with sufficient knowledge of creating their own reports and dashboards so they’re not relying on the system administrator to do it for them.

Refreshers / Release Updates

Whether you’ve simply forgotten a few of the key pieces of information you need to effectively use, or you’re looking to get up to speed with the new features in the latest release, we can work with you on a tailored refresher course. issues three major releases per year and we’re always on top of the cool new additions. We’d be happy to cover off any of these features and how they could be leveraged to add more value to your business.
